Refunds And Returns
We at Muse Expressions hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will do everything we can to offer our customers the most excellent products however, in the event that you would like to return an order, we would be happy to assist you and provide a refund for the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must be in its original unopened package and any seals must be intact. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable on returns. In addition, shipping costs for sending returned orders back are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for a refund.

Products eligible for a refund must be mailed within 30 days of purchase, in their original unopened package.
Returned items are subject to inspection by Muse Expressions. Returned products may not be altered, opened, or used.
Products are eligible for a replacement if the original product arrived damaged, defective, or if the customer received the wrong product.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
To Return an Order:
1. Items must be shipped in the original package.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice or original order number.
3. Mail your return within 30 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit so we recommend using a tracking number.
How do I receive a refund?
We will refund the price of the product to the payment method you used, or if you would like you can request a store credit, it usually takes 3-5 working days (depending on your card issuer) for the refund to appear in your bank account, however, this can take up to 14 days. If you paid using Paypal, this usually is refunded the same working day.
